  • Business activity: Solaris Tarot is a web and mobile application that provides digital entertainment services based on AI-assisted Tarot card interpretation. Our offering includes personalized readings, user accounts, a virtual currency called "Stardust" available through one-time purchases via Stripe, Google Play and the Apple App Store, an auto-renewing premium subscription, rewarded advertising, and editorial content on our blog. Readings are provided strictly for entertainment and self-reflection purposes; they do not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, psychological, financial, legal or otherwise) and should not be used as a substitute for consulting qualified professionals.

Terms of use

Accessing and using Solaris Tarot implies acceptance of this Legal Notice, as well as of our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. The service is restricted to users aged 14 or older; if you are under 18, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian to register and make purchases. You agree to use the service in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and not to upload illegal, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content, nor to infringe third-party rights or compromise the security of the service. Please remember that AI-generated readings are a form of entertainment and personal reflection; they are not professional advice, nor a reliable prediction of the future, and any decisions you make in your life remain entirely your own responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Intellectual property

All content of the website and the application (text, card artwork, design, interface, trademarks, logos, source code, databases, and the automatically generated content shown to you) is owned by the owner or used under a valid license, and is protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property law. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with the applicable terms. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other use of this content without express authorization is prohibited, including its use for training AI models unrelated to the service. If you believe any content infringes your rights, please write to contact@solaristarot.com so we can address your claim.

Limitation of liability

At Solaris Tarot we provide readings "as is", generated by artificial intelligence models (currently Google Gemini), and we do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or applicable to your personal situation: they are a tool for entertainment and self-reflection, not professional advice of any kind. Any decisions you make based on a reading are entirely your own responsibility. We apply reasonable means to keep the service continuously available, but we do not commit to a specific uptime level and we are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, technical incidents, third-party provider failures or events of force majeure. We also decline any responsibility for indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss caused by use of the service that breaches these terms.

Third-party links and services

To deliver the service we integrate third-party technologies and providers for specific functions: payment processors (Stripe, Google Play Billing and Apple App Store), identity and authentication (Microsoft Entra External ID), artificial intelligence engine (Google Gemini), analytics and crash reporting (Firebase), cloud hosting (Azure), and advertising (Google AdSense and AdMob). When you interact with any of them, their own terms and privacy policies apply, and in the spirit of article 17 of the Spanish LSSI we are not responsible for the content, services or practices of third parties outside Solaris Tarot that you may reach through the platform. To learn how we share data with these providers and what processing they perform, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The relationship between the owner and users is governed by Spanish law, including Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which enacts the revised text of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. When you act as a consumer, all rights granted to you by that regulation will be respected, including the right of withdrawal under the conditions established by law (with the exceptions that apply to digital content already delivered with your express consent, such as the Stardust virtual currency). For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under applicable law; if you are a consumer, this will usually be the courts of your place of residence within Spain. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Complaints and contact

If you wish to file a legal, consumer or any other kind of complaint, please write to contact@solaristarot.com: we commit to acknowledging receipt within a reasonable period and to responding in good faith. As an alternative, you can use the European online dispute resolution platform mentioned in the previous section, as well as the competent regional consumer protection authorities in your autonomous community if you are acting as a consumer or user.

Changes

We reserve the right to update this Legal Notice at any time to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page, and when changes are substantial we will notify you through the usual channels (for example, via an in-app notification or by email). We recommend that you review this page periodically. Continued use of the service after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
